The Company today announces that following the recent placings, on 18 April 
2007, the following notified the Company of significant stakes of greater than 
3%:

In addition, as part of the placement and further to the announcement of 
April 13 2007, certain Directors, on 18 April 2007, notified the Company that 
they had made the following share purchases in the Company at the placing price 
of 1p:
