    ANNOUNCEMENT OF DIVIDEND 

    Further to the Company's announcement on 12 May 2008, JZ Equity Partners Plc announces the following dividends:

    - a special interim dividend (in lieu of a final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 March 2008), of 8.5p per ordinary share; and

    - a further special interim dividend of 2.5p per ordinary share.  

    The dividend payments will be made on 20 June 2008 to shareholders on 
    the register at close of business on 6 June 2008. The ex-dividend date will be 4 June 2008.
