JPMORGAN GLOBAL CONVERTIBLES INCOME FUND LIMITED
('The Company')
In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would
like to notify the market of the following:
As at 29 April 2016, the Company's issued share capital consists
of 219,630,000 Ordinary 1 pence shares with voting rights. The
Company holds 19,240,402 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, as at 29 April 2016, the total number of voting
rights in the Company is 200,389,598.
The above figure (200,389,598) may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and
Transparency Rules.
