REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan Global Convertibles Income Fund Limited repurchased 250,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 93.27 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 646,518 ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 218,983,482.
