    The Company has been informed that David Maclachlan, non executive director of the Company, has resigned from the board.  His
resignation was effective from 11 September 2008.

    The board would like to thank Mr. Maclachlan for his valuable contribution to Huy (formerly Bluestar Mobile plc) as a director and wish
him well in the future.
