Further to the announcement made on 5 November 2009, the Company is continuing 
to take steps to resolve the dispute that has arisen in connection with the 
deferred consideration element of the acquisition of Cheque Exchange Limited 
from Provident Financial Plc.  During the course of the last seven days, the 
parties have had constructive correspondence on this matter but a definitive 
resolution of this matter has not yet been reached. 
 
 
The Company will continue to keep shareholders informed and further 
announcements will be made as appropriate.
