    The Board of FPS is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Anthony FitzSimons (aged
62) as a Non Executive Director with effect from 26 June 2008. Mr FitzSimons will also be appointed to the Audit Committee.

    
Mr FitzSimons is interested in 3,550,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.87 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital held by nominees of his personal pension fund.
