eServGlobal (LSE: ESG & ASX: ESV), the provider of
end-to-end mobile financial services to emerging markets, advises
that Resolution 2 and 3 did not pass at the Annual General Meeting
held today. Resolutions 4, 5, 6 and 7 were passed unanimously on a
show of hands. Item 1 was an agenda item and not a resolution.
