eServGlobal Limited (LSE: "ESG") announces that on 10 August 2007 Gartmore
Investment Limited lodged three substantial shareholding announcements with the
company and the Australian Stock Exchange advising that on 12 July 2007 it
became a substantial shareholder of eServGlobal Limited holding 5.827%, and that
with further acquisitions since that date it now holds a substantial
shareholding interest of 7.26%.
