The Board of eq is pleased to announce the appointments of Simon Dannatt and
Jonathan Waters as Directors of the Company with immediate effect. Simon Dannatt
is Chief Executive Officer of Optimisa plc ("Optimisa") and Jonathan Waters is
an Executive Director of Optimisa. Optimisa announced earlier today that the
recommended cash offer for the entire share capital of eq had been declared
wholly unconditional.



Further details in respect of the appointments of Simon Dannatt and Jonathan
Waters as required under Schedule 2(g) and rule 17 of the AIM Rules for
Companies are contained in Appendix One to this announcement.



The Board of eq also announces that Robert Paul Bond, John Bernard Humpish,
Brian Hersee Heather and Steven David Jones have resigned as directors of the
Company with immediate effect.
