The Company today received notice that Barrie Brien, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Creston, bought 167,956 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding into a Self Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP"). Shares acquired by the SIPP remain under Barrie Brien's beneficial holding and hence do not affect his holding in the Company.
