Capcon Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 7 April 2004 it granted
75,000 options over the ordinary shares of 1 penny in the Company to Karine
Luckraft, the Business Development Director, under rules of the Company's Share
Option Scheme. These options may be exercised between three and ten years of the
date of grant and at a price of 45 pence per share.

The total number of share options now held by Karine Luckraft under the
Company's Share Option Scheme following this grant is 300,000.
