The Board was informed today, that on Monday 8th April Karine Luckraft, a
non-executive director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of
Capcon Holdings plc at a price of 64 pence per share.

Following this purchase Mrs Luckraft holds 10,000 ordinary shares of Capcon
Holdings plc, representing approximately 0.0014% of the Company's issued share
capital.
