                                             that on 2 November 2012 had been purchased 
                                             by the Company for cancellation the 
                                             issued share capital of the Company 
                                             decreased from 72,771,170 shares to 
                                             65,971,170 shares The issued share 
                                             capital consists of 62,678,405 Ordinary 
                                             shares of 1 penny each which are admitted 
                                             to trading on AIM, and 3,292,765 B 
                                             shares of 1 penny each which are not 
                                             admitted to trading on AIM. All shares 
                                             have equal voting rights. 
                                             As a result of this purchase for cancellation 
                                             Invesco Limited's holding has increased 
                                             from 15.27% to 16.85%.
