Critical Information Group PLC ("CIG" or the "Company")

Result of the Extraordinary General Meeting

CIG announces that, at the extraordinary general meeting held earlier today, the resolution to put the Company into members' voluntary liquidation, appoint liquidators and cancel admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM was duly passed by CIG shareholders as a special resolution.

Consequently, the last day of trading in the ordinary shares of the Company on AIM is today and the cancellation is expected to take effect at 7.00 am on 11 March 2011.

The first cash distribution to CIG shareholders is expected on or around 7 April 2011.
