Conversion of the July 2012 dividend shares into new Common Shares

Further to the announcement by CIC on 9 August 2013 that the Company would be issuing 1,242,419 new Common Shares to registered shareholders as at 31 July 2012 as a result of the conversion of the Special Series B Class Non-Voting Shares issued to them at the time, application for the admission of the new Common Shares to trading on AIM has today been made and Admission to trading is expected to occur on Thursday 19 September 2013.

Not all CIC shareholders will be entitled to these shares. Shareholders should check with their broker whether or not new shares have been credited to their account before seeking to deal in them.

The new Common Shares will represent 0.66 per cent. of the enlarged share capital of the Company and will rank equally in all respects with the existing Common Shares. Following this issue, the total number of common shares in issue will be 187,686,846. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the issued share capital of the company. In addition, there are 67,554,820 warrants in issue and 10,750,000 options outstanding.
