The Company announces that on 26 October 2020, the following Director was granted options over ordinary shares of 7 (5) /(9) pence each in the Company under the Computacenter 2020 Sharesave Plan, an all-employee share scheme.

The options were granted at an Option Price of GBP18.60 and can normally be exercised between 1 December 2025 and 31 May 2026. The exercise of options on maturity is not dependent upon performance criteria.
