I have mixed feelings about congestion pricing.

Before it took effect I had visited my brother at Sloan Kettering and the traffic was ridiculous. What should normally take about 40 minutes took about an hour and a half. With congestion pricing the traffic should be reduced.

I'm still hoping it hits .0006, it hasn't produced enough to go up much. 20k over 3 months isn't near enough to get too excited.
