                                Customer Update

Atelis PLC, a provider of IPPBX telephony solutions, is pleased to update the
market today on continued progress at one of its largest customers, Bezeq
International, Israel's largest long-distance telecoms carrier.

Atelis has now completed the final deployment of Atelis TOCKAN, an International
Operator Assisted Atelis platform, built to comply with the regulations of
long-distance carriers. The Atelis "Tokan" solution integrates with the high end
IMS running in Bezeq International which includes a Veraz Soft Switch Class
4 platform, a Sigvalue IN platform & a Class 5 VoBB Platform.

The platform enables Bezeq International to render international operator
assisted dialing services and collect services (manual and automatic) to its
customers. The Company has now deployed phase B of the platform, which is a
continuation of the original system that has been operating for over a year.

The system, based on the Atelis PBX, has saved Bezeq International substantial
operational and maintenance costs.
