SiRViS IT plc was informed on 18 May 2007 that Bluehone Investors LLP holds 
7,279,459 ordinary shares of 1p each through AIM VCT 2 plc.

Following the recent placing the percentage that this represents has fallen to 
5.51%, on the basis of the enlarged share capital of 132 million ordinary shares 
in issue.
