NOTICE OF OUTCOME OF MEETING

The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch, in its capacity as the Commissioner, hereby gives notice to the holders (the "Bondholders") of the above Bonds that, at the meeting of such Bondholders convened by the Notice of Meeting dated 7 February 2012 and held at 17:00 (Madrid time) on 28 February 2012, the resolutions set out in such Notice were duly passed.

Accordingly, the examination and approval of the actions performed by the Provisional Commissioner of the Bondholders' Syndicate, the ratification of the appointment of the Provisional Commissioner of the Bondholders' Syndicate and the examination and approval of the final version of the Syndicate Regulations have taken effect as from the date of such meeting.
