If I understand correctly, tax losses can be compensated in 20 or 30 years, in this case XHHNQ would have GREAT VALUE ??

Does anyone remember XHHNQ? It is a company listed on Expert Market, in the past it was a war-related company, do you think it could be reactivated and merged with a company in the sector, could it offset past tax losses?

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--After 19 years of providing high-intensity illumination and night vision systems to the U.S. military and law enforcement, Xenonics Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: XNNH) announced today that it has filed a petition for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.

Xenonics was severely impacted by the reductions in the U.S. Defense budget and by delays in obtaining highly anticipated and significant international purchase orders. For the last seven months the Company’s officers worked diligently without compensation to obtain purchase orders while barely being able to maintain minimal operations. Without these purchase orders, the Company does not have enough working capital to continue operations.

However, Xenonics’ officers and directors are pleased that the Company’s products saved many lives in Iraq and Afghanistan and made such a valuable contribution to the men and women serving our country. The testimonials the Company received were heartwarming.

Xenonics was a vital company in winning the war against IRAQ. Does anyone know if XNNHQ has accumulated tax losses to compensate? Would a merge with a military weapons company be possible ?

Yes, long arduous process to get it out of expert, but one day this will rise... David is active...

There never was a Chinese or any other candidate for this shell.
I thought he was saving this one for something special since the share structure is so good.
Hopefully it will get resurrected at some point allbeit it would be a very long arduous process
to get it out of expert and into pink, but with this SS you never know.
