I have noticed steady buying (heavy buying at times) over the past few months, where alot of $$$ has gone into WIFT. More action then I normally see in a stock trading on the expert market that has nothing happening. This could be a sign that this could be revived in the near future, by a shell custodian perhaps. Before the company folded.....they were making settlements on alot of the debt they owed with creditors. Whatever debt they may have still had left after settling with creditors back at that time, has likely passed the statute of limitations. Also, I'd be willing to bet that the O/S here is super low considering they executed a 1/1000 reverse split just before they were suspended. Last O/S listed on otcmarkets was 17k shares. Obviously, O/S is not that low but I would still be willing to bet it has a tiny share structure. I have bought a few hundred k shares here as a lotto. I have seen stocks like this come back to life (grey to pink). They can surprise you.

Did something happen here? Did it reverse split today? Who would even file that? Company is so dead it's ridiculous, nv sos says permanently revoked, no filings in over 10 years. And what's with the volume? This had like millions and millions in debt.

This company was way ahead of its time, shame it couldn't have stayed around. If smart TVs existed this would have blown up.

AMAZING potential for a shell play!!!!!

I owned this stock back in college - maybe 2002-03. It was my first dip into penny stocks. Sounded promising - you can watch tv without the need for a tv or cable package. It was an idea way ahead of its time. Fast forward 15 years and we now have dozens of streaming services and “cord cutters” is a common phrase. They offered a lot of unheard of English language channels and a few international channels. I was really impressed by the product offering but the technology would have been an incredible patent portfolio if management was thinking ahead.

After 4 days of being suspended, a market maker has to be convinced that WIFT is a real company, and send in a Form 211, FINRA has to approve it. Until then WIFT will languish on the greys, without any market maker making a market for WIFT,[no BID, no ASK].

It can be bought and sold, but most people have to call in their orders, no online trading.

It rots.

I noticed that this stock has had some low volume trades in a few days over the past week or so, does anyone know why? I know that sidedraft posted the SEC suspension but I haven't been able to find any information since then about WIFT.

Don’t know but it has clearly come off suspension. I have been watching my holding increasing in value nicely lately. I would love to see a big volume day with this one as it could really rock if it got going.

WIFT such light volume moving this up. It looks like the .0012 gone as of today. My L2 shows .0012 x .0015 after a load of trades at .0012 late in the day.

Looking interesting .. Four year highs ..

Could break .0018 with some volume...

Or they could easily dump those 20 million shares ..lol

Shh.. think she's being walked up slow & steady for a launch from higher levels. I would trade cautiously. The last count reads 30B shares a/s who knows about the float.
Something is weird here.
The stock is moving easy on light volume which it shouldn't with all those shares unless the float is smaller than expected or somebody is holding the bulk lot ..
The company has been nonoperational for a while & it's clearly apparent that there is no dilution coming from there end ..

4,000 shares , 20 cents .. That's just dumb..

Much more accumulation in the .0004 - .0006 range. All previous spurts have seen a dump right back to .0001 but not much has sold. It looks as though somebody is accumulating a position to me, but we'll see.

I don't buy the MM games posts. Why would any MM give a crap about a stock trading $1000 a day. It could be somebody scooping.
