As an emerging growth company, which relies on working capital investment to continue operations, we've seen that the COVID-19 disaster has soured many investors on the thought of making investment at this time. We hope that the extension will help guide us through this tumultuous time and reach more stable grounds. The extension will allow us to keep vital funds in fundamental parts of the business to continue to support our team and our members.
