- The Court noted the Custodian filed a report on November 5, 2018, which indicated there was potential for ongoing business. COURT ORDERED the status check was hereby CONTINUED, and Custodian Robert Chen's presence would be REQUIRED at the continuance date. COURT FURTHER ORDERED the next Custodian's Report would be DUE no later than February 6, 2019. - Court noted, Mr. Chen was supposed to file a report. Mr. Santos indicated he had the report and was prepared to file it; however, he needed to add additional information regarding Mr. Chen being a United States resident and further issues involving an audit. Court inquired what it should do if Mr. Chen isn't obeying the Court orders which were outlined in the November 7, 2018 minute order. Court further noted, Mr. Chen wasn't present today and didn't file an order on February 6, 2019. Mr. Santos further indicated Mr. Chen had hired him and he would make sure he is here; however, Mr. Chen might not have understood that he needed to be present in court. Mr. Santos noted he believes Mr. Chen was under the impression if he hired an attorney and the attorney was present, he didn't have to be; however, he also dispatched an assistant to be present in the courtroom. Mr. Santos informed the Court Mr. Chen had a trip lined up to go back to China next week. Court informed Mr. Santos to notify Mr. Chen that, if Mr. Chen wanted to continue to complete this case he had to obey court orders; further, Mr. Chen didn't show up last court date or today. Court advised Mr. Santos to convey to Mr. Chen that was not wise. COURT ORDERED the instant matter was hereby continued, and that Mr. Chen s presence shall be required at said continuance date. COURT FURTHER ORDERED, Mr. Chen shall be required to file a report and pay $1,000 to Nevada Legal Aid prior to the continuance date, or the instant case would be dismissed for failure to comply with multiple court orders. 2/20/19 9:00 AM CONTINUED- STATUS CHECK: REPORT OF CUSTODIAN

- Mr. Santos noted the status report was filed on February 19, 2019. Additionally, Mr. Santos noted that Mr. Chen paid $1,000 to Nevada Legal Aid on February 19, 2019, and he had the electronic receipt for the payment. Court noted it appreciated Mr. Chen obeying the Court's Order. Mr. Santos stated Mr. Chen had the impression since he hired an attorney he didn't need to be present at the prior hearing. Court further noted, Mr. Chen was present now and the report was filed. Mr. Santos advised there was one issue left; however, he is trying to wrap it up. Additionally, Mr. Santos indicated that, if he was unable to resolve the outstanding issue, he would be filing a Motion for Declaratory Relief. Court inquired if Mr. Santos wanted 60 or 90 days for a hearing date for the Motion for Declaratory Relief. Mr. Santos advised he was ready to file the Motion today or tomorrow; however, Mr. Chen requested 60 days. Court informed Mr. Santos and Mr. Chen there was a 30 day deadline for the Motion or the report, and 60 days for the hearing on Motion or another appearance. Court noted, Plaintiff now has counsel and didn't have to appear further. COURT ORDERED, the deadline for filing the Motion for Declaratory Relief, or for filing the next status report, was March 20, 2019, and matter SET for hearing in 60 days.
