UVCL is stirring. Must be something we don't know about. Business filings haven't changed from what I can find. Of course usually these deals are done before anyone knows anything.

Hang in there Iron. Look for stealth buying before re-instatement. Once company is re-instated, that means R/M is most likely imminent. Until then, it's a waiting game.

That all depends on if the cat has hit the bottom. Something surely startled this thing into motion today. Never seen a stock move for no reason. I'm in higher than current PPS, but not by much. If an actual R/M takes place, these events can be quite profitable. If you can't average down, I suppose you have to hang in there a little longer. Good news is that the L2 on this stock is ridiculiously thin. If a R/M were in play, it would shoot up VERY quickly. Now to just find the right dancing partner... or have they already been found???

how about a dead cat bounce on technicals oppose to filings of reinstatement...I don't see that happening unless something was going to be vended into this shell.....which I see i still am holding 100k shares at much higher prices...

I'm expecting re-instatment/merger filings when and if it does happen. Sort of odd with all this activity for no reason. Like I said previously, perhaps someone was trying to accumulate quietly and got caught by the market.

F'n MM's. Everytime a stock slips under their radar and doubles, they have to beat the mf'er right back down so they can get their piece. Aggravates to no end!

Withover 7 mil. in volume something is definitely up. Perhaps trying to aquire all shares to purchase a "clean" shell and got noticed by the market.

well...the good news is that the shell is all cleaned up with no pending lawsuits or debt issues. Still under 200 mil authorized. The only question is whether a new owner would screw the existing shareholders and r/s them out. Chances are they might need their numbers for atleast a little while.

It would be great to see a deal be put in here for a nice run....

Someone picked up a lot of shares around .001-.0012, Be interesting to see if they hold this up or drop it back under .001 and go low volume again.

So, was this recent run up a complete P&D? The link of a possible sale is interesting. Is that a legit site? Ive heard some comment about these paid pr's creating false news reports. Any thoughts? I guess Monday will tell us. Usually P&Ds drop back pretty quickly as i have many of those junks sitting in my account that i tried chasing to no avail. So they sit waiting for the next pump.
