I think I might have over estimated how good of an investor you are. Have you never called a micro cap CEO before? It's allowed and you can talk about publicly available info. All I can tell you is that he said to wait for the 10q and 10k sec filings and everything will make sense including the recent dilution. Leaves a lot to the imagination, good or bad. I'm not judging you at all and nothing wrong with being tepid. Maybe we can chat more about the exciting news that was promised next week when it comes out. Might surprise us.

No inside information here. I did indeed speak on the phone with Mike. He didn't say much, he's more technical side and doesn't have much interest on non technical things. What I'm saying is something feels off.

Exactly. I'm not so certain they have the funding them claim to be within arms reach of. Something just feels off, even after talking to the CEO on the phone and reading all the PRs. But this is such small fry dollars as far as fraud is concerned, why even do this? Net a couple million and then go to jail to live out the rest of his life? Something is off.

If that becomes the case, then shame on the CEO as the increase in the shares being held at the DTC have already garnished $2 to $3 million dollars the past three weeks for whoever sold them into the market. They already mentioned that they have a lender to help fast track the manufacturing that has stepped up to fund the manufacturing for the orders that are coming in. IMO, there doesn't need to be any more dilution of shares into the DTC. Most of the investors own their shares for much higher prices than where the SP is currently sitting, so the CEO needs to be concerned with his shareholders and do what's right for their sakes and hiring council to stop the dilution was a step in the right direction! Let's hope he continues to show that type of consideration for his shareholders going forward.

And what I say to that is I have seen the DTC increase 3 times, consecutively after the O/S has increased. Give it a week, you will see those 16M shares added to the DTC.

I watch the dilution into the market through what is being held at the DTC which is what impacts the share price. If those shares that were added to the OS don't get sold and added to the DTC count then the share price won't be affected by the increase in the OS count as happens when the shares get sold into the retail investors hands through the DTC. But you already know that, right? We don't know why they increased their OS and what those extra shares are going to be used for. They could be for employees or alliances with other entities. We'll need to wait to see how it plays out. Hopefully the increase in shares in the OS don't get added to the DTC is what really matters.

You're wrong, they dilluted another 15.1M shares just today. The O/S yesterday was sitting at 167,266,755. Today it's at 182,377,779.

$UMAV ~Still no more dilution after they retained council to stop it from continuing! There are only 88 million shares held at the DTC for the public to trade with which was updated yesterday as seen here:

Yesterday they mentioned the governments getting involved from all countries in the world.

I watched a Utube video this morning and a man and woman were discussing UAV's future.Early in the video they say they have successfully secured two LOI with AIG for 210 million.It's there if you look.This isn't some nonsense I just made up.Very interesting read if you can find it.

If so, I feel confident they would all get bought up, still leaving the OS under 200 million shares, only a mere 5 - 20 times less than a lot of stocks that reach this price level! I'd be thrilled to get more lower priced shares.

Thinking this through, if OTCN has say 19 million more shares to dump, this could in theory get down in the 01s. Thanks for the dilution Mike. 

If you look on GOOG or elsewhere the stock closed at 4. Or what they call OTC aftermarket

I think we've been had boys. OTCN market maker owns this stock and will sell to whatever price they bought the dilution from.

Yesterday's news sounds great to me. They must have found some money as just 5 big machines and workers clearing, leveling and staking the ground has to cost at least 10 grand per day, maybe over the course of 4-6 weeks.

And then they can assemble all the local business leaders and the newspaper and television reporters for some great publicity during the ground breaking ceremony.

The size of the potential business here could have a very significant economic impact in the surrounding community so it's reasonable to expect a lot of entities besides the company are working to find a way to make this business succeed.

Alright these fluff PRs are starting to piss me off. They need to knock that off and PR the important stuff we all know is necessary for the business to actually take off. 

Also for what it's worth, the live video on their website does have Mike saying they have enough work for 5 years, the president may come watch one of their test flights, they will have around 75 employees when this hits the road. Also stated their goal is nasdaq in 9 months, they will be testing drones that can fly and also go underwater, and that they are bringing over about 12 expert sewers from south America to help train locals and get them going faster.

For what it's worth, I called Mike and asked how many employees they have. He said their website and OTCmarkets don't match what they have, that it's much more, and they both need updating after everything gets rolled together as it will match their SEC 10q/10K.
