Not me.. I didn't get screwed at all. I made out very well actually. Took out 404% of my initial spend and still have plenty sitting at a good profit. Even at .03. I guess this board is split into half full and half empty glasses with a few overflowing. I know there are people here who have done even better than I have so far on UMAV and holding as well.

"requirements for NASDAQ listing" - Among the requirements are that a company needs a pre-tax income of $11 million in the three years prior to listing, it needs to be earnings (profit), not just revenue. it needs to be over a three year span. That means once UMAV shows its first profitable quarter there will be at least three more years until listing. NADAQ listing can occur if some of these LOIs sign and they start making sales and those sales translate into pre-tax earnings. It may take years to uplist.

I see a positive on the L2, over the past week you would definitely see large ask sizes but now I see just 10ks, which can also be many shares but at least there are little to no large asks sizes down the 'ask' list 

I guess you have some pictures of the hangar under construction? It should be ready soon. The company first posted about it 4 years ago.

Few questions:
1. they need few years of audited fins - do they have that?
2. LOI is not an actual contract-can change or be abandoned
3. Are they net positive?
4.Can they handle production to fulfill new orders?-how many employees ATM?
5. Is there big $$$ involved through uplist process?
6. What is timeframe for the uplist?

They have now updated shareholders of the AS inaccurately posted and confirmed again new AS is 500 million. Thank you for your concern though. 

CEO can’t say anything that will be used against him in court when he’s arrested for this fraud, how this thing is trading still is beyond me

Is this selling actually dilution today or people losing confidence and selling? This otc blip has a lot of people pissed. It would be great to hear from the company formally addressing the corrected AS and maybe some kind of contract update to help rebuild that lost confidence. All imo

It's being corrected with the TA agent at OTC. It's been acknowledged as a mistake and being corrected. Expect that to occur by Monday.
