I can't see these folks spending a good some of money to buy a shell just to keep it a shell. That doesn't make sense to me.

Depends where you look. TD shows $3 not $10.

There has been zero volume on that stock in a good while.

There is no liquidity. What good is that if you can’t buy or sell.

Both are holding companies which means they are just shells.

That all that play and this play are.

That’s what they were purchased for.

Mentioning WYCC with the same name and officers kind only proves the point.

I don’t see a reason for them to change their strategy anytime soon.

Hence the shell risk in otc markets and the name.

Fuquan owns 12% stake this is a huge part of the deal. All key players should be looked at. Only a fool would suggest otherwise.

You may be right but I'll wait and see what shakes out first. And yes, we knew the share structure but not the players. I'm sure you understand that is an important detail.

FQFC is a shell. They will not merge with them.

Just because he owns 12% in teah doesn’t mean it would merge.

If anything fqfc has a bloated SS of 2.9 billion even its mostly restricted.

He’s just invested here that’s all.

Insiders have to own 99% as 100M is restricted.

And unrestricted is only 320,760.

We didn’t need filings to figure that out. Otc markets already made that clear.

Old company was DRYS. New ownership came in and did the name change and R/S. Looks like they have some sort of Merger in the working.. Read the Fins, and u will see the Fuquan has a 12% stake and 99% of shares owned by insiders. Fuquan trades on the OTC as well.

Filings Hit. 99% insider ownership including FQFC who owns 12%. Looks like they may be merging as FQFC says straight up on their OTC profile that that is what they are looking for.
