Yep, at least no notes on last filing and all restricted shares are held by company officers. Hoping we do get some kind of update but maybe once more people start traveling this might start to run....

we just got one recently for 1st quarter ending March 2022 so next one would be for 2 quarter which might not come till August

This stock couldn't have popped to .16+ so easily on a 500 mil float if you ask me. But 9.8 mil or so, then yeah it can still run.

There is 509 MILLION OS shares.
The FLOAT IS NOT published or known at this time.

From the supplemental filing.
The correct number of authorized shares of common stock should
be 1,000,000,000 shares and 509,860,662.

Yeah we all wish it was only 1 milly, but still not bad. If you ask me it’s a positive sign management has stepped up to address the issue.

Looks like the OTC screwed this ticker's security details badly.
There was no 500 million reduction in OS shares.
PSCO still has 509 million OS.
Company is requesting this to be fixed....

Not seen this kind of sloppiness before....

Float is locked by shareholders that are not selling now.
Traders are out. Flippers cannot get any.

PSCO will not move now until a decent pump happens or there is actual news from the company (one way or the other)

Likely nothing to see here until then......

I think so too. Lots of volume, especially around 0.06.

PSCO went from .04 to .13 in two days.

Good Traders will tend live buy strict guidelines of selling into 200% 300% gains in a day. It is smart. And they would be 100% right on the call on PSCO.
Some knuckleheads will argue that people are "missing out" on a TRIP TO DA MOON.....

But these traders , if they want, can now buy more shares for less money and have plenty stuck in the bank.

We are watching Flippers now....
It will casue some big swings until news or a pump starts.

OTC stock will almost always move the same way, PSCO is NO DIFFERENT.

There is VERY LITTLE information available other than some fairly cryptic filings and update to the OTC pages.

Could be something very good, or could be the start of something really bad for shareholders.....

One thing is for sure

There was practically zero volume! with the market makers printing saying they needed shares. This volume keeps up we will be at $1 by friday!

couldn't believe all those people hitting the ask at end of day and it couldn't break .134, was a good close, but should have closed higher with all those buys, in my opinion
