Yes i know, that is why i'm posting this link from the study 1 year ago which shows positive data, so we can expect positive data for the results on the study that should come out right about now if they can update us on this goddamn study good grief, if nothing comes out of a 8 years study on islet transplants for diabetes 1, then roosters have teeths

Maybe this year CEO Smith will send out a press release OR a letter to shareholders OR have a shareholders meeting OR post a video that isn't five years old OR update shareholders on active R&D (if there even is any).

Don't hold your breath though, this is the laziest CEO I have ever seen!

last two years, there is always insider trading in December, but not this year. Have to wait to see what the new year brings for this stock. The latest clinical trial was scheduled to be complete Dec 2024

"The Company has not developed a commercially viable product, has not generated any significant revenue to date, and has incurred losses since inception, resulting in a net accumulated deficit at September 30, 2024. These factors raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern."

No kidding.

Still, we have an explanation why the normally amiable if somewhat obtuse PnP has been a bit snitty recently:

"General and administrative fees dropped by $41,429 from $85,018 to $43,589 primarily from a decrease in spending on social media advertising"

A 50% pay cut will do that to a chap.

Mind you, I do wonder why an alleged R&D start-up is spending any money on social media, especially as in the last two years they've spent almost as much on social media as they claim to have spent on R&D:

"Research and development expenditures increased slightly year over year with a change of $2,669 from $75,956 to $78,625"

Something not quite right with this picture, somehow.

Number of Warrants, Warrants expired | shares (7,300,000)

Why would their exercise warrants for 4 to 5 cents when they can buy on the market for under a penny anyway.

***PKTX.. Answering the last two post.. I can see Ole sunspotter's problem.. Every post, on any subject, about any company...He just post negative Reviews, like someone is paying the boy money for his 2 cents.. :+)
...As for "disgusted investor"...Like a few posters before him.. With No other posting but on PKTX..I take him with a grain of Salt..

I knew they were a scam from the get/go, just like PKTX which is run by the same French Canadian mafiosi.
