Not sure what people think is happening here, but all the luck to them. I owned it years ago when it looked like they had a plan. Sold at a dime for a double, but for many years didn't trade and was at penny or less.

Second or third time now in the last few days that there is some quick buying interest and then they go quiet again. Somebody is buying some shares without trying to get any attention. I would argue there is a chance that something is coming but then again you never know down here.
