Does anyone believe this dead horse is ever going to do anything? I invested in it back in 99 at $8.36 ps. I watched it spike and crumble thinking it would make a come back, but after nearly a quarter century I think they are dead.

So far - ROMGAZ will invest much more into gas by looking for adequate partners in the western world. Its stock-price went up significantly over the past three months. Where are statements by MMTIF concerning its partnership with Romgaz?

So - lets see - MRAM (sound familiar) has been in business about 20 years - share price at share price at just over 9 USD today.

Micromem (notice the similarity) - abandoned this approach sometime ago (I bought in for Magnetic RAM).

MMTIF is just under .06 cents a share today - after what - 25 years??. Still need convincing?

I was to kind. This company is a flim-flam. Officers can not be trusted. Period. One caveat is in middle Nov. approx. 5mm share were bought and not much given back The OBV has held. With real companies vol precedes price before a stock moves. Having seen this many many times before I wouldn't hold many chances of a rally. Could be traders messing around. This stock is like doing penance.

I think dead man walking is too kind for this stock. For over 20 years (Thereabouts) there was promise after promise. Magnetic RAM, shared facilites, new labs, etc. The best they can do is "Private Placements" and issue stock to themselves. I own stock in this company - and soon it will go. They advertise products, no prices, and no sales figures. On their website they list Sandia National labs as a partner (https://www.sandia.gov/working-with-sandia/) - but it is not true the other way around. You can search their website for micromem - non existent. I did the same thing for the Los Alamos national lab - nothing - just like this company and their stock

The math is a little weird, 1 month? The "Chevron deal" was announced in 2013. None of the supposed "funding" Micromem received from Chevron shows up in the financials either.

Ha. Romgaz has nearly 1.5 billion annually in revenue. They are not a two bit co and certainly not thieves. Yes, Micromem is a long shot. That’s why the reward will be so great. Our tech is in use by Chevron. Delays are due to covid and more than likely logistics of all of the moving parts. I’m still hopeful.

Chevron was Fuda’s big lie he couldn’t recover from 2,000 orders all lies. Now he ups the lie with Romgaz. 3300 orders???? Show me one company that buys that volume without the vendor even displaying what the product is on their website??? University involvement.? Minimum of two more years delay. Why Romgaz? Confirmation bias. Ask Joe to provide specific Emerson division and name of contact that even knows mmtif. My sense is there is not one.

Interestingly Emerson has manufacturing capability in Romania. Also, I suspect the analytics solution is being worked on by the consortium that makes up the IoT and cloud solution. Any solution will need to be compatible with the overall project and will likely be used with other systems. It will be interesting to see whether we are close to true commercial quantities or just larger demonstration pilot projects.

They have capacity
Cvx as stated they are on board with IOT
Tracer tech is just a piece in IOT
Even if CVX orders 2000 units a year it probably won’t be disclosed till contracts are signed

Reviews of Chevron public documents on technology roadmap indicates no info on tracer technology the west coast company that built mmtif technology website indicates no mfg capability to build and cut sheet is years old Chevron is dead?

I will give you a serious answer
They have a product which both Chevron and Romgaz have endorsed and appear
To be continuing development there has been no cancellation
I have learned that oil companies and big pharma/fda move at galacial speed
I believe Joe is an honorable man who may have been caught up in his own enthusiasm and lack of appreciation of the big oil bureaucratic stumbling blocks
Covid and the previous oil glut have not helped
While I am still on board the MMTIF train,
The next 3-4 months are critical to my remaining on board
I believe that my patience of the last 5 years will be rewarded and JF will be recognized as an incredible visionary with tenacious management
I hope I am not wrong but recognize that
This investment may be one incredible mistake On the other hand it maybe life changing for me
And my family as I am pretty it could be for the Fuda family

This is a serious question for you, or anybody that is still believers in this company. Do you believe anything these guys say? They are batting 0/200 in terms of deadlines. I don't understand how anybody is on board in this ship longterm, unless they are short-term pump and dumpers looking to make quick bucks here and there.

Coastal. Me too. Been in this since the beginning it seems. Keep accumulating. Supposedly Romgaz has agreed to terms pending an analytics solution. Micromem does not have analytic development experience. So who’s developing it? Chevron in the shadows. Yet Micromem eliminated its debt. Why? A number of years ago Fuda said don’t be surprised to hear of a sale with two large cos looking at Micromem. Could we be close to a sale? Two large contracts could allow Micromem to be valued in a sale.

MM is up 4x since October 2020 and has picked up steam in the past week moving up 60% on no news. I bought a boatload at 2 cents and am enjoying the ride while whatever is going on behind closed doors plays out. Chevron finally moving? Romgaz deal finalized? Repsol? A new O&G client we haven't heard of yet? Exciting times.
