Could be using their other related company Bleg for MJ beverages and products maybe why they sold Covert. Just a thought.?

April 09 Share structure updated 6,806,259,454. Between March 10 to April 7, they added about 700M unrestricted shares which already absorbed by the market. I don't see any dilution.

The subs are gone. I chased down and communicated w Covert team... they are long gone. Kona Hemp has been gone since summer 24.
The last 'news' was 'working on/ finalizing' the 30mm ? reverse merge w unidentified entity.
That was over 3 mo ago. Doubt if they really had such a prospect , w real revs, we would be at 1.3mm cap. 
They are overdue on Q/K extension filing... so either another extension or drop off Pink.Also due for share count update... last mo was unchanged, first time that happened for a while.
Website has incorrect info and not updated except fot 'news'. Still has old mgt, and products. Nuvibe doesnt have listing, application, and many other use the name... so dont get why they even hang on to it. But THAT name/ extension... is on another address and number... w other RC co's
So a total unknown... 
But it has traded... a bid has returned... so likely something is moving.

Maybe I'm missing something but it seems we are still having issues with a couple of the subsidiaries.

Yep, and if you call the number you will hear 5 extensions... Nuvibe is one. The last extension ( at least a little while back) is R something mgt... which i researched some time ago... under Robert Clark. Surprise. 
I called and after some effort got a receptionist to pick up didn't hear of Kona, didn't know about NuVibe etc... " i know nothing! :)" 
RC is ceo of fifty one. I wonder if the NASA scientists , their new venture,  know about his background lol.
Any way... don't care who is managing kg... or where they are... as long as some $ lift from here.

It looks like confidence is building up, and the .0001 sellers on the Ask raised their Ask price to .0002.

Soon enough, those .0002 on the Ask will become .0003 and so on as trust and confidence grows to higher levels...

Has anyone taken a look a Kona Gold's chart? Might be good for flipping between .0001 and .0002, but not for much else. A year ago, the pps was in the .001-.002 range. Nice partner, Tony!! HA!!

The last release  4 months ago kept the narrative that they were working the reverse merger w a company with 30 mm. Sounds a little hard to believe given current values.
The q / k extension needs follow up this week or can drop off current pink reporting qualification.
When ever this comes out we should see who is managing this, perhaps some indications of who owns, and what biz they are in if any since bev biz and covert are gone ( despite remaining on the web site)
Curious points are that despite all the has been significant volume since release, and the co has been very quiet.
So for good or ill, some reveals should happen pretty soon

Why would somebody waste money on this at 0001 unless they have an idea that something is coming or they are loading up to start a huge pump and dump to get some quick cash yeah that sounds about right

Definitely looks like some big transfer. Maybe they recouped some of those 650M shares that RC was holding when he 'left' the company.

Neither is nursing a loss wound. I get the pain. Deeply out of money, but the opportunity to recoup, averaged down to a reasoned gamble.
That they are filing suggests they have plans in line w past releases at least insofar as reorganizing eliminating 'sib-divisions'. 
The trading, at times w very high volune also suggest some insider activity, changes of hands. Someone/entity has bought. 
Of course could amount to nothing, but even a pulse and an introduction of a small new venture that has a 6-10 mm cap spec worth is more than 10x current.
a spec to be sure... longshot... but for me worth hanging on.
