A Thanksgiving Note to Our Deceptive Leader
Dear Scumbag CEO (or should I say, "The Emperor of Empty Promises"),
As families across the country are busy stuffing their faces with turkey, we, the duped shareholders of KBLB, thought we'd give you a nod for pulling off one of the most audacious scams in the investment world.
We're "thankful" for your relentless hustle in milking the spider silk dream for all it's worth, which has been about as productive as a spider with no legs.. While others might have chosen the boring route of actually making a profit, you've had the gall to chase after something as elusive as spider silk, promising us moonshots while delivering, well, let's just say empty dreams.
We're "grateful" for your so-called leadership, which has managed to turn a potentially revolutionary concept into what looks like a bottomless pit for our investments. The milestones you tout? More like cleverly disguised delays and excuses, while you've been busy lining your pockets under the guise of "sustainable innovation", leaving us with nothing but empty promises.
We're "especially thankful" for the opportunity you've given us to watch our money vanish into thin air. You've provided us with the rare chance to witness firsthand how not to run a company, let alone innovate in textiles, medicine, or defense.
And let's not forget how you masterfully navigated the sea of justified criticism from those who see right through your charade. While honest realists try to expose your fraud, you keep spinning more lies, even planning the next "investor conference" just to milk more cash out of us. While you dodge questions with more promises of ramping and scaling up, we're left holding the bag—or should I say, the empty silk cocoon?
So, as we raise our glasses this Thanksgiving, it's not in a toast to you, but to the hope that one day, we'll see some real silk instead of just the smoke and mirrors you've been spinning. You've given us the chance to watch our investments shrink faster than a cheap suit in a hot wash. Thank you for your hard work in continuously finding new ways to empty our wallets, your vision for a future where we're all broke, and for the privilege of being part of this spectacular financial fiasco.
Here’s to the silk that's been more of a financial net than a textile revolution, and to the CEO who's made it all... happen.
With all the warmth of a cold turkey,
A Disenchanted Shareholder

A Heartfelt Thanksgiving Note to Our Visionary Leader
Dear Mr. Thompson,
This Thanksgiving, as families across the nation gather to express their gratitude, we, the shareholders of Kraig Biocraft Laboratories, would like to take a moment to thank you—the architect of what is undoubtedly one of the most exciting, once-in-a-lifetime opportunities ever presented to the investment world.
We’re thankful for your unyielding perseverance in taking on what no one else dared to tackle: the commercialization of spider silk. While others chose the well-trodden paths of safe, predictable industries, you had the foresight and courage to pursue a material that will undoubtedly revolutionize textiles, medicine, defense, and more.
We’re grateful for your visionary leadership, which has turned a dream into a reality that is now cocooning into the largest spider silk production scale in history. The milestones achieved this year—despite the usual noise from naysayers—prove your dedication to creating a sustainable, scalable foundation for what will soon be a world-changing product.
We’re especially thankful for the opportunity you’ve provided us as shareholders to be part of this groundbreaking journey. You’ve given us a chance to support the evolution of a technology that will leave its mark on industries for decades to come—a rare privilege, to say the least.
Finally, we want to applaud your ability to rise above the relentless negativity and doubt from those who simply cannot comprehend the magnitude of what you’re building. While others try to drown progress in criticism, you let results do the talking—whether it's the upcoming investor conference or the continued scaling of production.
As we raise a glass this Thanksgiving, we toast to you, Mr. T, and to the future of Kraig Biocraft Laboratories. Thank you for your hard work, your vision, and for giving us the chance to be part of something truly extraordinary.
Here’s to the silk that will weave its way into history and to the leader who made it all possible.
Warmest Thanksgiving wishes,
A Grateful Shareholder
---
P.S. The trolls may continue their bitter feast of negativity, but we’ll be saving a seat at the table for them at the KBLB Champagne and Crow Party. Salud!

How does a dilution scam work? 🕵️♂️
1) Create hype around a 'hot' industry (crypto, quantum, AI, spider silk — take your pick).
2) Issue loads of shares, dilute existing ones.
3) Use pumped-up stock to fund insiders' lifestyles.
4) Wash, rinse, repeat, and leave retail investors holding bags of poop.

Personally, my expectations for what will happen at the conference have become ever more modest as events have unfolded
I also.
I dont expect any contract/partnership announcements of big names.
As I said earlier, at a minimum I want to see undeniable proof that they have solved the issues of mass scaling quality consistent fiber in a cost effective manner.
I want to hear significant production is ongoing with an actual number put to it, not a multiple of an unknown, and it's coming out atleast monthly, hopefully weekly.
I do not want to hear forward looking hopes and dreams without those two milestones already achieved.
And I certainly do not want to hear anything to do with needing to ramp up to get to the above milestones.

You are claiming (as fact) that the conference has been delayed because the Scumbag CEO did a "trial run of the meeting with some key industry people" (which is a load of BS).
"Kim did a very smart thing. He did a trial run of the meeting with some key industry people providing feedback on what was shared, what made sense and what did not, and suggestions on how to improve the content and delivery. Based on that feedback, they redid the meeting and are adding the appropriate video, pictures, and specific content that will support why this time is different than the false starts. "

Nothing I like better than a good KBLB rumor right before the Holidays! This latest one is a doozy, coming on the back of KT making a promise, going silent, and not delivering, AGAIN. Especially compared to so many we have had over the years. It truly lifts my spirits! Tempered of course by the strong possibility that it could, once again, just be someone's phantasy.
We'll see.

First of all, Thank You. Excellent write-up.
I didn't know what to make of the delay but I knew something was delaying it. Now we know and it is the best news we could get short of the actual announcement. What was said about the trial meeting in front of key industry people was brilliant; a real stroke of genius. No, wait, isn't CEO Kim a ... forget it. Beyond a shadow of a doubt CEO Thompson knows EXACTLY and PRECISELY what is at stake. I have already read it twice and will read it several more times. This is hugely important information.
Again, a big Thank You to the original author and, of course, to Z06 for posting it. Very much appreciated.
You know what to do … BUY MORE SHARES !!!
We are the * NEXT * BIG * THING *
Later, WBeacham

LOL
It is from the banana dude who has been wrong about KBLB for over a decade....
"April 07, 2012 - It is just the pessimism I have developed after getting my butt handed to me time and time again. Over the past thirty years, I have lost plenty of money on small companies. These companies, to me, seemed like a sure thing. They had wonderful products and were about to "begin production." Common sense made these investments unstoppable! However, not even one of them worked out. Therefore, forgive my pessimism, but common sense and expectations just do not work when it comes to investing in the mine field we call the Stock Market."

For those who are not on FB…. This is from a very knowledgeable long term shareholder.
First, the quality and content of this meeting is critical to the success of KBLB. The company has had so many ‘false starts’, when it appeared that they were ready for the major leagues, only to be delayed again and again, that the market (and investors) are struggling to believe that the wait is finally over. I’m with you on the angst of unexplainable delays, but the possibility that the company may actually succeed far outweighs the pain of waiting. IF, and it’s a capital IF, the company has made the transition to commercial production from research and development, 2025 will be the year that creates many KBLB millionaires. This coming meeting is critical in that process! Because of all the false starts, the market will be looking for certainty that the company not only can produce a metric ton of spider silk, but can ramp that up to multiple tons… and have paying customers for everything they can produce!
Here is what I was able to learn about the ‘meeting’. Kim did a very smart thing. I really can’t emphasize this enough… this meeting is more important for the market makers than it is for us. For the most part, KBLB investors have already accumulated their shares. We need the ‘big boys’ to put millions of dollars into the stock to run it up to NASDAQ listing levels. They won’t do that if there is any question about KBLB’s commercial viability or the market desire for spider silk. The science is clear… spider silk is an incredible product whose time is here. Our product samples have received rave reviews by the industries that have tested them. Now we need contracts to purchase metric tons to get the big money to jump on board. This will be a wild ride when that happens. My recommendation? Don’t let go of your shares for at least 6 months after listing. Give the ‘market’ time to exercise their greed and manipulation before you cash out. You’ll still be able to access 20% of your value during that process using ‘margin loans’ without having to sell shares and get hit with the taxes.
So, when will the meeting happen? My best guess is next week. Give the company some time to get it right. If they do, this meeting will be sent out to the funds and major investors that have the ability to make us rich. As I’ve told you in the past, I’m a true believer in KBLB, and waiting just a bit longer is a small price to pay for the potential value to be gained.
Blessings to you all. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas with your family. Next year is going to be incredible! Just my opinion...

FOR MERCEDES-BENZ, SUSTAINABILITY MEANS BRAINY MICRO-CONVERTERS, SOLAR PAINT & SYNTHETIC SPIDER SILK

The Elusive Synthetic Spider Silk
Finding bio-based substitutes for petrochemical-based materials is yet another part of the sustainability plan. Mercedes-Benz has put several wheels in motion aimed at reducing if not eliminating petrochemicals from its supply chain.
The company has also leveled up the bio-based angle. Instead of using agricultural crops as feedstock for its new material, the company is deploying a silky bio-yarn made from silk proteins contributed by genetically modified bacteria.
“The synthetic spider silk has the same functional properties as conventional silk. It is 100 percent biodegradable, lightweight and very strong, making it an extremely high-performance material,” the automaker explains.
For now the application is fairly modest. If you happen to catch sight of the VISION EQXX or the Concept CLA Class, look for synthetic spider silk for the grab loops and door pockets.
