It was 18M I first noticed 3 weeks ago.

After that I saw 22M

Now it’s 27M

It may not matter much at these levels when MC is really tiny, but how it’s getting diluted when management abandoned this shell since 2019?

Seems like a candidate for conservator, but the Chancis family is extra scammy, even by OTC standards, so might not be possible.

I have a filling that something is cooking here for JOEY. Just a feeling. A very good time for custodians, reinstatements etc.

Company CEO resigned long ago, who is diluting now? Is this a possible custodianship or just a P&D . I bought a small position on pump.

I see some dilution, yesterday 1M and today 3M . Company is still selling some shares, but at this low O/S it may not make much difference.

You are right, but someone will be an idiot not to hold huge amount of shares and file custodianship, they know that price appreciates multifold even before the court date.

If you want to understand custodianship more, pick up any stock and you will be found that a dead stock goes through heavy volume and price few times before custodianship is filed.

Rather say some smart guys are making algorithms to detect custodianship before even its announced and to detect that they solely look at dead shell, defunct and sudden spike in price and volume, few pump and dump, usually 4-6 weeks timeframe .

There are some who do this manually, going over ihub historical data.

MMS are trying to give an impression of 40% down but the fact is that VWAP remains same as yesterday . 0.038314 so far for 1.62M shares .

Actually, a dollar bill is just paper with some fancy printing on it...lol

Well see I like spacs better because the anticipation allows one to make grade A money, so yes with pennies there maybe more to gain because of the basement prices but SPACs almost guarantee you that your could make a fortune since the Spac managers are looking for stable, evolutionary startups. They basically do all the homework for investors.

Same as tranche loans for houses. Tranche loans for houses are rated C+, B+, or A+. Well the same goes with empty tickers, they are classified similarly, the ones with the most share structure becomes a risk for SPAC managers so they would put empty tickers with a miniscule share structure in a higher category meaning that anyone wanting those will have to pay a premium, meanwhile the ones with a high share structure pays basement prices for them.

Two groups are competing to take control over the share structure, winner will be filing custodianship. We will see 15-20 cents just on custodian filing, on grant this can shoot up to 50 cents to one dollar.
