Due to a technical error the status of 'HZHI' and many other companies on the OTC-PinkSheets Website was downgraded to 'Stop - No Information' a mistake on the PinkSheet Website outside of our control.

The Company has filed its Quartely Report on November 09 well ahead of the deadline of November 15, 2009 and no deficiences were reported by the PinkSheets.
