I'll buy too on Bellisarian's as soon as I can. I have Schwab and E*Trade. E*trade is usually quicker than Schwab on allowing trading for tickers moving off expert. 

I love MFA's and MFA stock. I'm older so I need dividend income too. MFA is a good one. 

Amen to that. The banking side is way over my pay grade. I put my trust in Cohen on this one. He's the auditor funding guy.
He messaged me about it a few weeks back. He would only say it's way down the road. No shell has been targeted.

I'll load up on any new fresh Belisarisn shell they get to Pink Limited. It's why you need to look at that tier change page every morning in OTCM

That's what I heard too. Merging it into a new shell from Belisarian. That would be $BUSC, $KNBA, or $ENCC. None of them are available to trade yet.

Because Cohen has hinted about moving these assests into AZRH and will give him this then empty shell to do something with. M
It just makes sense.

Now I'm talking a good 12-18 months out for any bank deal. But I can see these GPLs Assets moved over into AZRH around Q1 2025. And how? All stock swap? Or a cash buy out? Cash would be a stupid waste of funds. So I'd lean to some sort of stock swap. Most retail are in all 3. I'll take more AZRH.
And as always, we can get a MFA about anything.

I don't think this gets the bank. But obviously I don't know anything for sure. When he mentioned the bank I believe shortly after that statement he mentioned continuing to work with Bellisarian and how great they are so I interpreted that as the bank will get a Bellisarian ticker that is still in progress by Bellisarian.

What makes you think that this will get the bank?

Your probably going to be merged with AZRH then the shell will have an offshore bank placed in it. Thst bank will be the funding arm for American industries.

No one knows how the metric will work, so many are holding off adding till we know.,

I'm sure Cohen will make a sweet deal for shareholders.

Ya I have been accumualting the other 2 after my initial buy because this one doesn't seem to have much action yet and I figured I had time but I agree, if it keeps dropping and they do a favorable swap ratio then picking these up for cheaper would be ideal.

Could be fun if the merger were structured in favor of shareholders. The sky's the limit.
I'd assume it will be a all stock swap.

Then the offshore bank can be put into this shell after some house cleaning. Start it off with a micro float and no debt.,

1AZRH share for every 2-10 GPLS shares depending on price. Would be nice to be back around .06

Looks like GPLS could be brought into the fold of AZRH. Wonder how that would structure out position wise. Might wanna snatch a bigger chunk of this up since its a good bit cheaper than AZRH right now depending on they convert over.

He should consider swapping that large block of restricted shares for a new class of preferred shares. Return those back into treasury and enjoy a $300k market cap, micro low float going into the future. $3m is nothing today, but how cool of a PR would that be? Not a bad deal if they were shorting at .06 with air shares, borrowed yours to avoid T+2 rule, then covered at .037
If not able to borrow they would have to buy in the open.

Thanks bro. I think 50% of ATC merged into GPLS earlier this April. When do you think 50% revenue of ATC will be realized in GPLS q reports?

We've renegotiated the terms with the seller to align their terms more towards remaining as a longer term investor while decreasing the upfront amount of capital - and providing a 12 month extension just to be safe.

We foresee closing this portion of the merger before the end of the year (note we have already merged 50% of atc into GPLS already).

Does that mean merger is complete or more wait time to complete the merger?

Extension executed between $GPLS and ATC Energy Services for the acquisition of the remaining 50% of ATC - formal press release to follow later this week.

Fun times on the triple play GPLS, AZRH, and ZHUD. I also noticed on my Fidelity account that 5200 of my GPLS shares have been loaned out at 3.25%…didn’t realize I had security lending turned on. I just made 88 cents today 🤑😎🤪
