picked up a small amount last week at .035-- wanted to hold all 3 plays. azrh,zhud, and gpls. AMAZING SS-- moves quickly

For sure, I am finally happily green on this one haha I bought a chunk at 5 cents way back when and have just been waiting for it to eventually turn again knowing one day it would and here we are. Hopefully it holds in light of the completed acquisition. Tons of good volume today for sure.

Cohens been working this deal since 2019. He met Shawn Rye that year - which was also the same year Chris and Shawn started ATC with only a $450k friends and family investment and a Belly Dump.  Shawn Rye is one of Cohen's greatest influences, Cohen looks up to Shawn like Big Brother.
Cohen met Marcus Laun in 2022, his other greatest influence outside of Mike Taglich (Taglich Brothers). 
Marcus taught Cohen the game in micro caps and reverse mergers as well as capital formation.
Whereas Rye brought Cohen in, and showed him the potential in the Permian in Oil Field Services.
This is a very emotional deal for Cohen, he couldn't be more excited.

Didn't catch this in the tweet "We took $GPLS over last week" as long as it means what I think it means, they have acquired 100% of ATC services now. So it remains to be seen if the $20M revenue merger relates to them acquiring the remainder of ATC Services here, or its another company into another ticker or heck even another company under this one too. Guess we will see! Also clearly the dude he is replying to doesn't have a clue what has been happening with these tickers the past 6 months.

Hat share structure is correct. And just like everything else cohen has control over - the only common shares that are issued but not registered in the restricted shares are his own. Everything Cohen controls or has an element of control over - he is long. Talk about putting all of his investors first. I know work for him but the guy is an absolute class act

As long as the OTC market page is correct, I never realized that GPLS only has a float of 12.6M, although there are 122.5M restricted shares but still, 135M shares ain't too bad. Hoping tomorrow we get ourselves the news that GPLS will have 100% of ATC Services acquired under it now since they aren't planning to merge it under AZRH anymore.

That's how they screwed us shell guys.
We used to be able to buy off the grey sheets as these shells went through the rehab and custodial process.
Buying then was how we were getting those 10-30,000% gains.
No one was getting hurt. Yes, you had to hold dozens of shells. But it just took one to fully fund a few more dozen

Dang that is a spread on Bid/Ask haha I was hoping to get in on BUSC as well down in the fraction of pennies but boy looks like legacy holders are up closer to a dollar range to break even if that ask is any indiciation.

Not sure how it functions but I would think so. It could be like an option thing like you can take X number of AZRH shares per GPLS share you have or keep your shares in GPLS for whatever it is used for in the future. Honestly I have no idea what would happen with it but if there is an option I may just stick with my shares here if GPLS gets turned into that investment bank Cohen mentioned way way back. Who knows though, that is why I asked since its been pretty queit for this one but when he was in Texas last he was at ATC services so I assume something is going on with this one in the somewhat near future.

If GPLS moves into AZRH, does that free up GPLS to be used for a different reverse merger? Something else Cohen has up his sleeve? Asking for a friend.

@Controlledoilandgas Don't want to tip the hat too early if this is part of the upcoming announcement but if I recall correctly the team was working on acquiring 100% of ATC Services and potentially rolling it into AZRH with a stock conversion. Curious if that is still in the works or there is another direction this is going? If you don't want to show your cards on this one yet I totally understand, just figured I would ask if GPLS is on the radar in the near future for any moves. Thanks in advance as always!

Good lord we just had an explosion of volume on this out of nowhere. Wonder if someone knows something we don't know yet. And there is another huge bid sitting on the ask too. If that goes through we are looking at almost a million in volume off a daily volume of like 30k shares usually. Somebody knows something it seems.

I'll buy too on Bellisarian's as soon as I can. I have Schwab and E*Trade. E*trade is usually quicker than Schwab on allowing trading for tickers moving off expert. 

I love MFA's and MFA stock. I'm older so I need dividend income too. MFA is a good one. 

Amen to that. The banking side is way over my pay grade. I put my trust in Cohen on this one. He's the auditor funding guy.
He messaged me about it a few weeks back. He would only say it's way down the road. No shell has been targeted.

I'll load up on any new fresh Belisarisn shell they get to Pink Limited. It's why you need to look at that tier change page every morning in OTCM

That's what I heard too. Merging it into a new shell from Belisarian. That would be $BUSC, $KNBA, or $ENCC. None of them are available to trade yet.

Because Cohen has hinted about moving these assests into AZRH and will give him this then empty shell to do something with. M
It just makes sense.

Now I'm talking a good 12-18 months out for any bank deal. But I can see these GPLs Assets moved over into AZRH around Q1 2025. And how? All stock swap? Or a cash buy out? Cash would be a stupid waste of funds. So I'd lean to some sort of stock swap. Most retail are in all 3. I'll take more AZRH.
And as always, we can get a MFA about anything.

I don't think this gets the bank. But obviously I don't know anything for sure. When he mentioned the bank I believe shortly after that statement he mentioned continuing to work with Bellisarian and how great they are so I interpreted that as the bank will get a Bellisarian ticker that is still in progress by Bellisarian.

What makes you think that this will get the bank?

Your probably going to be merged with AZRH then the shell will have an offshore bank placed in it. Thst bank will be the funding arm for American industries.

No one knows how the metric will work, so many are holding off adding till we know.,

I'm sure Cohen will make a sweet deal for shareholders.

We are all guessing. I'm sure we will know more by Q2 2025
