Bluewave Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BLEW) has entered into a consulting agreement with long time film industry professional Mark Miller, as the Company becomes a player in the creation and distribution of movies. Recently named CEO Jordon McCarty continues to put his stamp on the Company while enhancing Bluewave Group's footprint with the addition of Mark Miller's expertise in films.

McCarty says he views this as a way to grow the entertainment product that his Company offers to the public. Bluewave Group will turn to the experienced Miller to serve as its project manager in this venture, and he'll be responsible for creating, developing and distributing film projects.

The CEO says, "Mark is a perfect fit for Bluewave Group, and I am excited to be working with him again. He can definitely improve our entertainment product and add value to the Company."

Mark Miller is no stranger to the industry with more than 20 years in the business acting, working behind the camera, producing, and operating a number of businesses related to film making.

Miller has developed many relationships and has been a successful businessman in the industry, and says this opportunity with Bluewave Group offers a great deal of excitement with an eye to future successes.

Miller says, "Bluewave has exceptional talent through their sports and music division, talent that we are excited to see more of on the big screen. There are going to be some great films with this talent and I can hardly wait to unveil our first project currently in development."

Miller began his career in entertainment as a teen in Canada both acting and working behind the camera. His desire to learn every aspect of filmmaking from the best in the industry, took him to Los Angeles where he attended UCLA and the prestigious Hollywood Film Institute.

In 1999, He received his Independent Filmmaker's Certificate and his Producer's Diploma from the Institute. Other well known names who attended the Hollywood Film Institute include Guy Richie, Will Smith, and Quentin Tarantino.

Miller returned to Toronto, Canada, in 1999 where he started two film production companies, 3rd Street Productions and Definitive Films as well as a talent agency. His agency provided actors for such movies as X-Men, Bait, Get Rich or Die Trying, Chicago, La Femme Nikita, American Psycho, and 16 Blocks.

In 2008, Miller started co-producing a number of films for M4 Films before he went on to co-produce two films for Device Moving Images. One of those films, "Being Captain Zero," was the winner of the 2010 Honolulu International Film Festival. He also has experience as an executive producer for a Canadian television production.

Miller teamed up with Harvest Films in 2011 as the executive producer for "The Thompsons," a sequel to the 2006 Lionsgate Film "The Hamiltons." Lionsgate purchased "The Thompsons" as well and has the film slated to premiere in late 2012.
