That's over 20 million dollars falling into q2 along with the production from q2.

I just reread the news release. To my rookie understanding, I side with your thoughts.

They get 44 million in cash , they get their shares back all 4.2 million of them oh, they get shares of SSR mining which traded over $15 a share, I think it's a hell of a fucking good deal

CptChemtrail would you please give us your impression of the news release. I at first thought that it was a fantastic offer, then I started to have second thoughts.

What we know about 1st Q
I believe ss r mining said aisc was 19.00 and change an ounce which would give us a loss. It looks like that's why financing was done. The good news is ssr said it was an expensive quarter because of stripping the pit I believe. The even better news is out of approximately 2.5 million ounces produced only 900,000 ounces were sold because of timing which should make next quarter much better. All just my opinion.

More silver than heclas green creek!!
Yes they had additional 14k ounces of gold and more lead and zinc but it makes me think of when hecla bought out their 50% partner. I believe they paid 750 million for the buyout which would assume a 1.5 billion dollar value. Compare that with our mine with us only having a market cap of 25 million more of less with a 25% interest I believe shows our potential. Add to that we our open pit which should be cheaper to run. Values have come down since hl bought out their partner but something to think about. All just my opinion.

Less zinc than expected but much higher silver numbers at higher grade. They must have gone after higher grade to offset low price silver enviornment. Income should be out sometime next month. I hope they made a profit.

That's 350 thousand to the project for every penny zinc goes up.
Zinc has been steadily going up recently. I think investors may be missing the zinc connection here. Just opinion.

Numbers wise?
The companies guidance was for 6 to 7million ounces of silver annually at a cash cost between 8 to 10 dollars an ounce. What they didn't say is what the silver eq ounces with zinc and lead added in or the all in costs. Let's say as an example that we produce 8 million silver ounce eq at all in costs of where silver is right now that would be break even although I'm hoping for profit even at these prices. O.k our share would then be 2 million ou eq anually.
So every dollar silver goes up its 2 million dollars to us. Not bad for a co. With a 25 million marketcap. Just opinion.

I just don't get it!!
Not a mention of the currency devaluation are we paying the crew in u.s dollars?? If not did we renegotiate all salaries and contracts to build the mine. Nothing out of either company do they think investors are brain dead!! Wtf!!! Anyone else wonder about this?

This is rising faster than a hard core silver stock I held.Right out the low bott gate, it acted good. As its IN production and silver is on a rise, this may continue to beat hard silver, regardless of dow's looking safer presently. Compared dow , real silver, and this mining project, Dec/Jan.18. Just a thought, and I am enjoying ride. Got in around .19, and .25, avg. .225

My opinion!!
The way the peso weakened throughout the construction process we should not be just on budget like ss r mining says we should have saved big money. If not a major explanation is needed. Where we are open pit with a 45 min ride to the processing plant inflation in energy could have dug in a little from the profit the weakened peso gives us but now the oil market is dropping. A weak peso and declining energy prices should make this a cash cow even at the low silver price. All just opinion I could be wrong.

Hi Douginil, started off as shareholder last year, ended up buying several percent of all the stock of BWMG. Then started talked with company a lot. The CEO Carmichael is a very creative business person. He had not run it day to day for years, but has come back and is now working 60 hours a week and he put the L&W deal together.

He told me in first call it makes no sense to be a public company with a tiny mkt cap, he is focused on growing it a lot.

Recently I joined the board of directors and am quite active in that role.

Sorry to hear that. It is on fire now, so is Teranga. And I did load teh truck near the bottom so am now ahead on Arrow.

You might want to look at BWMG, for full disclosure I am part of the company and it is my biggest position Douginil. Read the sticky posts there. They did a big deal with L&W. It is diving equipment and compressors, a fully reporting company making a profit in last Q with $2 million mkt cap and more than that in sales. Worth a look.
