I mostly missed the washout on Tuesday down to .002, I did pick some up after the fact at .007 but still wow, if you can have super low bids in place you just never know what can come your way.

My lifetime avg is now .0052, with a first purchase at 8 cents, after all that effort, this is where we have ended up, unbelievable what a dissapointment. Anyway lets see where this goes this month, but at this point if it rallies I would assume just sell out at various prices and take the measly profit and move on. I dont see this company going anywhere and better just to remove the risk at this point.

thanks. Im at around 500K shares, at these prices its worth it for me to maintain the position which is about 40% of my max. Its hard to predict what happens, but if we get another spike which is always possible, I will take most off the table as, like yourself, I have lost confidence in the company and while I like the price at .012 or below, I have also learned that these can go to zero as well.

currently i am set to buy in the .01 to .012 range (or lower) if we see those prices again. I dont have much confidence in the company though, so I may lower those limits

In retrospect I should have sold more than I did, why? well good Q, but if a stocks runs close to 5x from a bottom then its a good idea to take a good portion off the table (I took maybe 45% off), while of course there was the potential for it to keep going, its always hard to make that decision, you take off table and it keeps running, or you hold larger portion and it pull back, just impossible to know. But I will be selling higher quantities over 3 cents if we get there. They are late on the 10-K I'd like to see that filed but not looking for any surprises per the NT 10-K:

(3) Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof? ? Yes ? No

Just fabulous, this stock always comes through. I really wanted to pile in big time at the bottom and I just couldnt get myself to do so due to uncertainty of the company, but i still bought, and wow look at the result. Taking profits all the way up to .0324, if it keeps running then I keep selling no questions asked, but if we get a nice pullback I would maybe dip in a little but not overdue it, too much risk with these dopes, for all we know they could just go bankrupt, Im serious, we dont know. And they filed that 15-2G what the hells with that.

OTCN moved back in the upper bid. Seems DTGI is diluting and I cannot figure out why. This stock is being manipulated BIGLY.

OTCN has moved to .40 lets hope they stay there. PUMA needs to take a hike also. Maybe just maybe yesterday was the bottom.

Still cannot believe the price pulled back this far. Its possible that it will continue to rebound. For safety sake I may start to take profits much sooner than anticipated, for example btw .015 and .02, we'll have to see.

Haven’t heard anything but there hasn’t been any significant dilution here in years. Just algorithm / mm’s driving this down bc there hasn’t been any action by the company to get new buyers or gain any market attention. Too stagnant for too long and this just keeps getting walked down.

OTCN is mostly a diluter. They have been on top of the ask for several days pushing this down. Has anyone heard if the company is diluting and why? If they go below .01 for 30 consecutive days they will lose OTCQB status and go to the lower tier. Anyone heard anything at all of what Arthur might do for share holders and the value of DGTI?

We've been down in this range now for a few months, it's time for blastoff in my opinion. Im ready.

I crossed a million shares today, good chunk 2 cents or better. Could this go lower, sure, but its pretty darned cheap right here thats all I can say. With the right catalyst this will double, just for starters.

Been radio silence since Art went on medical leave. He’s what’s missing right now imo. They were firing on all cylinders with communication and their acquisition strategy until the interim ceo took over. We’ve gotten a couple fluff pr’s and a falling sp since then. I think if Art didn’t fall ill this would have bounced back from the failed uplist a while ago. I still think this pops to at least a dime in the not too distant future but this has been dead money for a while. Tough to watch the day to day right now. Need some news and buyers.

After the merger and uplist fell through it seems like it's been radio silence. What is this AI partnership?

This company sure is quiet. Be nice to hear something significant to change share value for the betterment of the share holders.

Up to 875K shares, a bit uncomfortable that its taken this long to make a move, and that I have this many shares, but a lot have been bought around these prices, and this strategy has worked well so I am sticking with it, in fact it could be months you really never know, but I doubt that. Anything in the .017x range I am buying but not any higher at this point. Im sure the large lender(s) who put into this are as annoyed as can be that this is where we are.

The venture with the AI company is interesting, glad they are at least trying to think forward. I would also like to see them expand outside the FL-TX-CA states that they say most of their business is anchored.

Yeah pretty much. There’s no sense of urgency by the company or shareholders and the board has been asleep right along with that. Still a believer but it sucks to see this stagnant and see it continue to trade lower and then just see it sell off on any kind of spike. I get that’s how it works and you gotta take profits but this isn’t a 4 cent stock imo let alone sub .02 so I’m waiting for bigger gains. Annoyed with penny stock trader but also happy to see money being made by them on an executed strategy. Feel if they let it breathe this walks to .08+ and we can all sell slowly and make good money. Just my thoughts, which don’t mean much. GLTA

Nope, not that I know of. As far as your dilution inquiry. This has been at 500m AS for quite a while. There has been some dilution but it has been very minimal and especially by otc standards. I’m sure there’s another email floating around that can actually reach someone at the company to get some questions answered, I just haven’t looked into it further.

I don't think it will change here until management actually does something to improve value. Only when investors start making money do they ever constructively blow up a board and give some input on there investment, until then crickets. SMH!!!

Can anyone shed some light on if DTGI is diluting? Seems every time we get hammered down to the .017 range OTCN is on top of the bid most times, who most know is generally notorious for diluting for the companies.

Don't ever seem to hear from this company.

I’d like to know Art’s health status and if he’s going to return to his ceo position anytime soon. I’d like to know if their acquisition strategy is still in play as there haven’t been any developments over the past few quarters. I’d like to know if they have any plans to increase shareholder value after taking this beating into the 1-2 cent range since the botched uplist. Lastly, I’d like to know what their plans are to increase their user base to increase the recurring revenue currently existing. Great question. This has been dead since Art took his “temporary” medical leave. Seems pretty clear he was the mover and shaker of this company. Something needs to get done to get revenues up for growth. This was alive when they were executing their acquisition strategy but now stagnant / idle with them being satisfied with current recurring revs. It’s just not enough for the company or shareholders. I’m still optimistic for the long haul, especially with the sp down here, but I don’t want to see this continue to be dragged down by mm games.

When will they announce a new acquisition to create shareholder value?
