Imo this eventually has a “damn, I should’ve held more” kinda move. Too many big boys/names surrounding the company for me to not keep a few in my pocket. But also not loading the boat by any means.

10. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As previously reported, on September 2, 2021, the Company signed a Letter of Intent with Hammer Fiber
Optic Holdings (HMMR) in which it is contemplated that the Company would acquire substantially all the
operating assets of HMMR in a transaction that does not require additional financing, not does it trigger a
change of control for Defentect Group, Inc. (DFTC).
This Letter of Intent has not been cancelled, but the process has not moved forward appreciably while
both companies evaluate their alternatives and due diligence issues have impacted progress.
Defentect is actively seeking to acquire companies which are active in compatible markets.
