SDIC will extend an offer to Christopher Williams, managing director of Trinity Equity Partners, to serve a two year term as Chairman of the Board. The addition of Christopher Williams to the board would add over 30 years of experience in corporate finance. Mr. Williams has a background in investment banking, having served on the board of directors or advisory boards of several hedge funds and venture capital firms.

Mr. Williams graduated with honors from Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia, School of Law, and earned a MBA in Finance while serving in the United States Navy.
