Calcitech Holds Annual General Meeting

CalciTech Ltd. (OTCBB: CLKTF) CalciTech announces that its Annual
General Meeting was held in Bermuda on 7th December. In excess of
68% of the shareholders of the Company voted at the meeting and
overwhelmingly approved all the resolutions put forward. The
Company further announces the appointment of Baron Shortt of Galmoy
as the new Director of Corporate Communications. In connection with
his appointment, at a board meeting before the Annual General
Meeting, Mr. Shortt was granted a stock option to purchase 250,000
ordinary shares at an exercise price of USD 0.095 per share. Mr.
Marc Lakmaaker, the previous incumbent, remains as a consultant to
