7000 x $.0005 = $3.50! Who sells such a small quantity at such a low price? What is the point of that? Is it manipulation?

Spread your noise someplace else. Your ego and bullshit does nothing for CCAJ investors. FAFO!

They're dead in the water and should sue the old man who sold them the shell.But how smart were they buying a shell without legitimately getting control or doing any real due dilly to know that control was not paid for.Finra knows and so do I.Funny because I'm the one that could have signed off on a deal that would have gave them control and not lose over $400,000

The CCAJ website still says this is a "Thriving company backed by aspirational mindset," but it actually seems to be quite the opposite - a company that isn't doing anything. Is that why it is still considered a "Shell Risk?"

What gives? Are Pitre, Monroe and Jackson still involved or did they abandon this thriving company? Is something fishy going on here?

With some of the things I have seen produced, we have a stronger position than what I thought we had. A little better feeling here. Of course we all are looking for that day it moves up strongly. Have a good one.

Yep...and maybe someday higher! Hopefully CCAJ puts out some good news soon since it has been almost a year since the last good news (cancelation of shares).

In the interest of the forward moving of the company and of the CCAJ shareholders, the board has elected to cancel the 2,350,000,000 common stock that has been issued to Coastal Capital Acquisitions Corporation.

Of course whom ever it was buying at .0009 could be back tomorrow.

Looks like someone decided to vacate CCAJ today for a few bucks!

My best hope through this is for what ever reason it makes that last dash and I can cash out well enough to move on. Time is not on my side anymore.

It would be great if CCAJ could go back to $.0045 like it was in November 2022! It has been over 2 years since then so hopefully CCAJ has a catalyst coming in 2025!

It is time for a CCAJ Shareholder Update Letter from our esteemed CEO, William Pitre. It has been 2 years without any progress despite the CCAJ website (with old information) and a bio that says Mr. Pitre does great things. Something is amiss here and the ongoing "Shell" status and silence about any progress is suspicious. Did Mr. Pitre abandon CCAJ and its shareholders?

This is the only new thing I found that is of interest because of the overlapping management (Monroe and Jackson) and business (Mergers and Aquisitions). I don't see William Pitre on this webpage (see below), but he is listed in Monroe's bio (see below).

That was such a miniscule BUY to move it up 3.57%, but every little bit helps.

May not mean much though since the ask fell back to .0012. We'll see if the Christmas cheer holds.

Perhaps they are working on a reverse merger or an acquisition to get things rolling again? There has been a long silent period and they claim to be doing something in their last post on their FAQs page ("We thank all of our shareholders for their patience as we work to position the company for the benefit of everyone who wants to see its success.")

Being that Tony never paid for control and Lambro kept the books and records this company cannot do any corporate actions such as a name change or RS..This from the mouth of a Finra analyst.These guys are obviously ignorant to due dilly.Its a long way to get to a penny without a reverse to be able to move the shares they bought from Tony and the fraudulent

I know for fact that the company is stuck in Finra review ever since they looked to do the rs Every single corporate action brings on a search for succession and ownership/ control by a Finra analyst.This company cannot provide Finra with documents proving the above because Tony never paid me for the above and i never signed off.Ths company knows what im saying is true,but for some odd reason has chosen to ignore the facts rather than make an obvious and easy deal with me to get that satisfaction and move forward for all..I've got time. jbdealsrus@gmail.com
