Not really, but as you can see here https://www.nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=2ivaYTVeyEMeZFZubl20Ow%253d%253d they have 3 types of shares. The 82 million is new, so I think that is for the merger.

any thoughts on how this might unfold with the 2 sets of shares scenario here that we have here?

Yes I saw this. Seems like there should definitely be something in the works here. Always exciting in such an extremely low floater, hopefully they will get into gear soon.

Just speculation, but in 2916 they refiled some old filings, including a 2016 disclosure statement https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/AMNC/disclosure Maybe they wanted to merge back then, but it took much more time to execute the agreement.
Another intersting thing is their B stock traded 26,6k 2/20, so before the merger sub was set up, while it almost never traded before. https://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/amncb/historical
