XGEN Ventures Inc. (the "Company") (NEX BOARD: XGN.H) announces that Dan Amadori has resigned as an officer and as a director of the Company effective October 1, 2009. Mr. Amadori has submitted his resignation, in order to pursue other business initiatives. The Company extends its sincere appreciation for the significant contribution that Mr. Amadori has made to the Company during his tenure.

The Company expects to make further announcements regarding its Management Team in the near future.
