Strategic Grants Stock Options

Strategic Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:UVR)  ("Strategic" or "the Company"),
wishes to announce that it has granted 1,075,000 options to officers and
directors of the Company. These Options, priced at $0.10, vest immediately and
expire on May 13, 2016.
