Board Appointment Approved and Stock Options Issued

Strategic Resources Inc. ("Strategic" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:UVR), is
pleased to note that the appointment of John Clema to the Board of Directors
(see release of Oct 29, 2010) has now received regulatory and TSX Venture
Exchange approval.


Mr. Clema, a resident of Santa Fe, New Mexico, is a geologist with over 40 years
experience in the mining industry in both the USA and Australia. He is a
graduate of the University of Nebraska and Northeast Louisiana University.


In related news, yesterday the Board of Directors granted the issuance of
2,050,000 options to officers, directors and consultants of the Company. These
Options, priced at $0.22, vest immediately and expire on March 3, 2016.
